The strips are then beaten by hand until they have been well separated. The diffuser of Heaven is formed by hand sewing each of the prepared clusters of fiber to a cotton grid, which has been fastened to the base structure. The soft white of the material will yellow slightly with age.</p><p>Heaven's diffuser sits atop a tripod base of hand-finished stainless steel.
