The Ushio Reflekto MR16 front glass comes with a heat shielded reflector to prevent back light and back heat, maybe used with enclosed lamp reflectors. The multi-lens geometry of the reflector surface in conjunction with an axial, computer aligned filament, uniformly illuminates any surface. There is no ring-shaped shadow and no black spot in the middle of the light pattern. The aluminized coating redirects heat through the front of the lamp, thus diminishing the risk of thermal damage to sockets, transformers and ceiling. Offered in three colors: matte black, silver and bronze; and choice of beam spreads and wattages. GU5.3 base; 12 volt.
