Hope represents the magic of traditional lamps, but reinterpreted with sophisticated technologies and modern materials. Light and easy to assemble, Hope is made by using a series of thin polycarbonate Fresnel lenses which achieves a dioptric effect similar to glass, but without the limitations in terms of space, thickness and weight. Arms are made of polished stainless steel. The Hope was inspired by the Hope Diamond because it recreates a glittery, party-like atmosphere, sprinkled with thousands of shards of light much like a diamond. An example of a brilliant project and manufacturing process, Hope has been designed for use with any type of light source including the latest generation of halogens and energy saving fluorescent light bulbs.
