Efficiency in a ceiling fan means getting the most air movement out of the electricity (watts) that the fan motor uses. The Velo Hugger fan, which is well suited for lower ceiling applications, combines a strong motor with contoured blades molded of high-impact ABS plastic to deliver increased efficiency.

As with the Velo, The Velo Hugger is available in either a bright nickel or gloss white finish and has an optional light kit for ambient lighting, available with either a halogen or fluorescent light source. Note: Any control ordered with a fan that has been configured with an energy-saving CFL will be supplied in a non-dimming version. The three blades may be specified in either nickel or white and have a blade span of 50".
